The barbering program is designed to provide theoretical and practical training in techniques related to haircutting, shaving, beard design, basic coloring, texture, sanitation, safety, and professionalism, in accordance with the requirements of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
The program aims to prepare students for entry-level opportunities within the barbering and men’s grooming industry, as well as to meet the necessary requirements to apply for a state license in accordance with applicable regulations.

Class A Barber
Students who pay in full will receive a preferred discount, applied directly to the total amount, as recognition for paying the full balance in a single payment. In general, extended payment plans beyond the normal program duration may include additional administrative fees.
Students will be notified of specific requirements, service blocks, and applicable updates as the program progresses.

The down payment required to register for the Class A Barber program at GLAM Beauty Academy is $750 USD and includes:
